Monday Work-Out @ 6am

Pre-Workout Drink (don’t underestimate the calories you need to endure through a workout):

  • Protein Shake + Cup of Chocolate Milk + Yogurt

Post-Workout Drink (/w in 20min window immediately after workout):

  • Protein Shake + Chocolate milk

Weight at 10pm (measured at same time each day / most likely heaviest around this time):

  • Totally forgot to weigh myself

 

Tuesday Work-Out @ 7am

Pre-Workout Drink (don’t underestimate the calories you need to endure through a workout):

  • Protein Shake + Cup of Chocolate Milk + Yogurt

Post-Workout Drink (/w in 20min window immediately after workout):

  • Protein Shake + Chocolate milk

Weight at 10pm (measured at same time each day / most likely heaviest around this time):

  • 83kg

 

Wednesday Beginning of the Military Diet

  • 83kg

 

Saturday @ 9am

Weight as soon as I woke up (End of the Military Diet):

  • 81kg
